Tom Morris, noted philospher, author, and chairman of the Morris Institute for Human Values, discusses his book "True Success: A New Philosophy of Excellence ". He discusses how the pursuit of true success leads to genuine achievement - and genuine happiness. Morris offer a framework for success that he calls "The 7 Cs" - seven basic concepts that are essential to meeting life's challenges. And he provides realistic guidelines for putting our beliefs into practice and making our goals become realities. These seven conditions provide the most universal framework for making things happen in a positive way, for putting our talents to work in the world, and for creating a better future for others as well as ourselves. They give us the most general strategic principles for success.
